CNBA General Meeting Minutes
April 13, 2016

Sue Fitzpatrick called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.
The Pledge of allegiance was led by Pastor Chris.
Officers introduced themselves.
Minutes from last month’s meeting were unanimously approved.
Dino Nicoletta gave Treasurer’s report. CNBA has $21,929.23 in PNC checking, $2,891.00 in PNC Money Market and $1,376.39 in Pay Pal account. Total $26,196.62
Treasurer’s report was unanimously approved.
While there were no new businesses in town, the new owner of the Holmdel Funeral Home introduced herself and Kat Verdi from Help my Parents also introduced herself after recently joining.
Sue announced the upcoming events, which are the May 17th card exchange being hosted by Anna Appolonia, and Dan Fenski at Windsor Galleries, A day at the races in conjunction with EIPA, on August 26th and the the Fireworks being held at Bucks Mill Park on July 3rd.
Is was mentioned that there will be a meeting at Conover Road School on Tues. April 19th at 7 PM regarding COAH.
Patty reported that there are presently 161 members of CNBA
Sue asked for speakers for future meetings.
Alison gave a wrap up on the luncheon. She announced that the net after expenses was close to $8300 with 115 guests in attendance. She noted that the raffle and silent auction were more profitable than last year due to the wonderful variety of donations. Greenhouse Gallery was mentioned for the wonderful job they did providing us with center pieces for all tables.
It was announced that $250 was approved by the Exec. Board this month, for the art dept. at CNHS to help defray the cost of paint supplies used by the students for the window painting at Christmas.
Greg mentioned that the DECA students will be attending the finals in Nashville later this month.
Members introduced themselves and gave a brief overview of their businesses.
