CNBA General Meeting Minutes
June 8, 2016

Sue Fitzpatrick called the meeting to order at 8:05 am
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Bob Gasaway. Officers introduced themselves.
Mike Viola made motion to approve minutes. Bob Gasaway second Motion passed.
Dino Nicoletta gave the Treasurer’s report. We have $18,676.56 in PNC checking, $2891.05 in PNC money market, $1762.39 in Pay Pal account for a total of $23,330.00

Dino announced the details of the banners which will be available for sponsors at the upcoming July 4th celebration. DeFalco is the first sponsor for the event.
Tom Hennessey said we are ready and everything is on schedule for the 4th of July celebration.
Parking plans are finalized and the program for entertainment is completed.
Sue asked for volunteers to help the night of the event.
EIPA has asked us to join them for A Day at the Races in August.
Sept. 20 has been selected for the annual Pig Roast at Bucks Mill Park.
Greg said Econ. Development is working with the township and moving ahead with some of the proposed plans.
The next mailer will be coming out sometime next week.
The August map is being worked on and members whose business is located in Colts Neck are invited to purchase an ad at $100 per spot.
Patty mentioned that we are still looking for speakers for upcoming meetings.
The Exec. Board voted to appropriate $500 at the June meeting toward the cost of the two placques which the Architectural Review Board will present to a newly built or renovated business and residence. Two members of the CNBA board will participate in the selection process.
Sue Fitzpatrick and Greg Calderero will be present at the awards night on Tues. June 14th at CNHS to present two $1000 scholarships to 2 students.

Patty Vollherbst introduced Carole Elkins, who presented a program on healthy living.
