WEDNESDAY 12/8/21 

In Attendance: Dino Nicoletti, Leanne Lucarelli, Liz Dritsas, John Luongo, Jim Schatzle, Lauren Papaleo, Kymberly Mate, Lina Scanelli, Anna Appolonia, Glen Dalakian, Sue Fitzpatrick


Dino opened the meeting at 8:10am followed with the Plege of Allegiance

Colonel Jim Sfayer dicsused his charity. Sempre Fi Santa. He spoke about the inception of the charity
and also of past charitable efforts and contributions.

Lauren and John approved last month’s meeting notes.

Liz and Lauren approved the Treasures Report.

Members voted unanimously to change the distribution of the profits for future Polo events. The
distribution will be based on percentage – 25% to be given to First Responders and 25% to Colts Neck
Township as opposed to a set amount.

Dino reported that Mary- Director of NWR at Earl will be speaking about the need to donate to
soldier’s recreational space at our next meeting.

We donated $500 to the Trees for Troop Charity. Check was given to the Charity at The Fir Farm tree
sale event. Liz, Leanne, Lauren, Dino and Glen attended.

Sue Fitzpatrick updated the membership on the Window Painting. First Prize went to Country
Flowers – Second to Orlando’s and Third to Investors Bank. Checks were distributed at the Colts Neck
Tree Lighting event.

Country Christmas is the weekend 12/11& 12/12.

Card Exchange is January 18, 2022 at CN Escape Room. Details to follow.

Luncheon at Trump is March 30th 2022. Tom Orgo will be honored.

Dino thanked out-going officers. He mentioned that 2021 was the most successful year in CNBA’s
history. Dino also thanked the Township Officials for their contribution to that success.

Officers were installed for 2022. Anna Appolonia did the honors.

Mayor Viola mentioned that our website has 2 new tabs that all new and old residents should be
made aware of. One is a notification system tab and the other is a tab called “New to Town”. Realtors
please make your Colts Neck Buyers aware.

Glen applauded outgoing officer Leanne Lucarelli contributions to CNBA as well the contributions
made by Sue Fitzpatrick and Anna Appolonia.

Dino closed the meeting 8:35. Breakfast served.
