A motion to approve the July Treasurer’s Report 1st Gregory Calderaro, 2nd Richard Yaeger
• August Card exchange is CANCELLED for August 18, 2020 due to the indoor and outdoor COVID restrictions.
• On August 28th there will be a Day at the Races at Monmouth Park. This evening event is at 5:30pm in conjunction with the Eatontown Industrial Park Association (EIPA). It will be a lot of fun and an outdoor event. Anna Appolonia is coordinating the event. For tickets, reach out to: annaappolonia@gmail.com
• The CNBA Polo match at Bucks Mill Park scheduled for September 13th- in conjunction with CN rec and CNBA as sponsors (September 20th is the Rain Date). We could always use more sponsors. The team sponsors are Huddy’s and Delicious Orchards. Two presenting sponsorships: World Jeep and Carol Stillwell. $20. Is General Admission (kids under 12 are free). Tailgate spots are $200 for up to #4 people. We will be honoring the police on this day as well. There is a program book for advertising. There will be entertainment, awards (best tailgate, best hat), bleachers, $20. We used to have it for 10 years… bringing it back. 18 Tailgate spots, 18 tickets on-line. Space is limited- There are only 102 tickets left and 58 tailgate spots. We need volunteers- help Saturday and Sunday morning (fencing erected, judging hat and tailgate competition, parking, checking people in) Please contact Sue Fitzpatrick at 908-618-1970, sue@fitzpatrickprinting.com.
• CNBA Pig Roast will be held- Wednesday October 14 6-8pm. It will be held at the Pebble Creek Golf Club outdoor covered pavilion. $35 per ticket, $40 at the door. It will be a wonderful event- get tickets early before they sell out.

• Update from JP Bartolomeo: Township Committee meeting is scheduled for tonight, August 12, 2020, at 7:30pm, remotely. The town experienced a tremendous mess from the storm last week- power slowly came back on. Clean-up is happening now. The township committee is working with JCP&L to fix some of the priority services that the township receives and enhance outcomes going forward. The township is continuing to follow along with COVID guidelines right now. The township committee just met the new captain at Earle Naval Weapons Station- Captain Callahan. Captain Callahan wants to have a good relationship with the town- we look forward to this mutually beneficial relationship.
