Dino opened the meeting @ 8:04 with The Pledge of Allegiance followed by introduction of current
board members.
John Luongo read the treasures report. Liz Dritsas approved. Bob Gassoway 2nd. TR report attached.

We have officially adopted Sempre FI Santa as our official charity. Colonel Sfayer briefly discussed the
charity to all the attendees. Every penny goes to our troops in need.
Dino recapped our recent donations:
-Trunk or Treat – distributed $8,250 to Fire, Police and First Aid – $2,750 to each.
– Churches in Colts Neck – distributed $15,000 to St Mary’s, Colts Neck Reformed Church, CN
Community – $5,000 to each.
– CN High School Window Painting Volunteers: $600
Dino also congratulated The Fir Farm for their contribution for Trees for Troops.

We also recognized past CNBA Presidents Anna Appolonia, Sue Fitzpatrick and Glen Dalakian. Sue
presented a proclamation to commemorate CNBA’s 15th Anniversary. Anna Appolonia presented Dino
Nicoletta with a plaque for his outstanding leadership as President of CNBA.
New Board members were sworn in by Sue Fitzpatrick.
