  • The CNBA will be focusing all efforts on the July 3rd Sponsors of the luncheon are willing to move sponsorships to this new venue, which will have a much greater reach.  We are honoring Tom Orgo at this event.  We are still accepting additional sponsorships for this event which is attended by and reaches thousands of people both in Colts Neck and surrounding areas. The expense of the fireworks themselves is $7,500.00, the event overall with Police and other costs is approximately $10,000.00. We are hoping businesses can step up to help sponsor.  The event has decorations, a mailer, apple pie contest, DJ, food trucks, 50/50, and of course an amazing fireworks display.  It will be a wonderful tribute to our Independence Day and a big salute to the first responders and everyone else as we come out of this pandemic.  We will assess guidelines as it nears- currently gatherings of up to 500 are allowed. This event will currently be a drive-in event.  We need your support. We need 25-30 volunteers to assist with parking. Chris Durkin can get 10 volunteers from the Colts Neck Community Church
  • August Card exchange is occurring on August 18, 2020 in conjunction with the Eatontown Industrial Park Association (EIPA) at the Trump National Golf Club
  • The CNBA will be hosting a breakfast at our December General Meeting, December 13th at 8am at Trump National Golf Club. More information will be provided as the time nears.
  • Welcome Sheriff Shaun Golden who will be speaking about the state of Monmouth County during these challenging times. He expressed his and the entire law enforcement’s extreme disgust over the senseless death of George Floyd at the hands of law enforcement. There is not one law enforcement officer that Sheriff Golden knows that is not outraged and looking for justice to be served. Thank you, Sheriff Golden
  • Update from JP Bartolomeo: The Memorial Day parade, a reverse parade, was a wonderful tribute to our military, first responders, and veterans who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Colts Neck is open for business- town hall is open.  All meetings are continuing remote compliance. EMS and Fire Department are on a need to go basis. Many businesses and restaurants are open- please visit the township’s website for the updated list.  And lastly, please pay attention to the PBA fundraiser going on right now, if you are in a position to give, it is a wonderful organization.
